Due
to the overwhelming amounts of emails we receive we put this here to make
it easier and save some time for all.
Our
French Bulldog Puppy Information:
Care
and Attention of our French
Bulldog Puppies:
I
am sure the hundreds of photos of our kids and babies on this website speak
for themselves... Our dogs are loved and spoiled and their health and proper
care is our priority. When we do have puppies available they will come
spoiled rotten!!! Just take a look around at our dogs. We don't have a
website filled with just "PUPPIES FOR SALE" or "SHOPPING CARTS" out there
like some sites.... We have spent hundreds of hours and years creating
and keeping our website updated. We show tons of photos of each of our
adult dogs, we have hundreds of photos of our puppies and a plethora of
information and different pages about the breed and breed related issues...
You can never know too much and anyone who is a diehard will tell you,
you are never done learning. These Frenchies are my passion and we are
fortunate to share our home and lives with them.......All our babies are
handled daily. Unlike other breeders out there, we do not have a puppy
caretaker or someone who raises them for us, I am hands on with my babies
from minute1, from the time they are born literally I dry them as they
take them out of mommy in the operating room. Our babies are bred and raised
in our home, not imported or raised outdoors. We show tons of photos, including
pregnant mom, babies nursing on mom, babies at all stages from birth until
they are adopted, photos of mom & dad together & with our other
dogs etc.. Be careful of scammers out there, we have found photos of our
puppies on another site & why we say this here. Whether you buy a puppy
from us or not, do your research. Many breeders tell people what they think
they want to hear and make all these promises just to sell a puppy. Be
careful of these types of breeders. Just a warning. I have TONS of
references and people that can vouch for me about the service I give my
new "PUPPY" owners. I am always there for you, night or day 24 HOURS A
DAY. My concern is the welfare and happiness of my babies and I have made
some great friends who we consider our "FRENCHIE FAMILIES".
Applications/Adoption
Process for one of our French
Bulldog Puppies:
For
those who email asking this question... We do have an online application/questionnaire
and we conduct phone interviews with potential "parents" of our babies,
which we feel is better and definitely more personal. If you are interested
in any puppy/dog you see AVAILABLE, read this page in full and fill out
the All Star
Puppy Application/Questionnaire, email
it to me and I can call you to chat and get to know each other better.
Deposits:
See
the Puppy Application/Questionnaire for
this information.
---*NOTE
PLEASE: We reserve the right of refusal of sale to anyone for any reason
we see fit or are uncomfortable with.
When
is a French Bulldog Puppy
Ready for its New Home:
When
we have available puppies they are "usually" ready for their new homes
after 10 weeks of age. Puppies from smaller litters are sometimes ready
earlier (our discretion), it all depends how well they are eating their
kibble and when we feel they are ready to go. This will be discussed individually
with each new owner and their particular puppy.
How
Shipping a French Bulldog
Puppy Works: ***
SHIPPING INFO PAGE***
It
is the buyers responsibility to get the puppy to you and we will be happy
to arrange shipping anywhere in the USA. Sorry, we care too much
about our babies to ship them outside of the Country alone in a plane.
If you live outside of the USA you are more than welcome to come pick up
your puppy & take it back with you under the seat, we will more than
gladly meet at the Airport to deliver the puppy. We do not make any money
on shipping even though we have a 5 hour drive to the nearest International
Airport. Shipping Costs for pups are an additional $350 which covers the
Airfare the Airline charges, pet insurance on board, Veterinarian Health
Certificate and Puppy Crate. Another option is to purchase a "same-day"
- "round-trip flight" and take the puppy bback with you under your seat
in a soft-sided crate. This cost about the same (you pay the Airport not
us). This method ensures the puppy is with you at all times by your
feet inside the cabin and this is the method our customers use 99% of the
times. See our Shipping page for photos and info on this process.
Registry
and Type of Registration for our French
Bulldogs: ***
HOW TO IDENTIFY REGISTRIES***
All
our French Bulldogs are AKC Registered and AKC Registered ONLY.
All American Born & Raised, NO IMPORTS. !!!No co-ownerships!!!!
We do not co-own dogs. Don't be fooled... APRI/FCI Champions are
NOT the same as AKC Champions. DO YOUR RESEARCH. We have spoken with
many people who've bought a cheap Frenchie, usually imported from unethical
breeders/mills, and have been very disappointed.
PET
PUPPIES: "You Only want a Pet": We
get this a lot so it was important to add this here. Many people believe
a "Pet Quality Puppy" is in some way inferior to a "Show Quality Puppy"
and that couldn't be further from the truth. There really is no difference
between a Pet or Show puppy besides "CONFORMATION". It costs the same to
raise a pet puppy as it does a show puppy. When you purchase one as a
"pet only" the same amount of time, sweat, money, hard work, dedication
and love has been invested to get that "pet" puppy into this world, make
sure it lives through that Newborn Critical Stage, fed and raised the same,
etc... When people say "OH I ONLY WANT A PET", like if they want
to settle for worst of the litter, it makes no sense. In all honesty that
"PET Quality" puppy may be the "BEST" one in the litter as far as personality
and looks, it may just have a "cosmetic conformation flaw" that would
prevent it from becoming a titled "Show Champion", but there is nothing
inferior about the puppy. By "conformation flaws" could be something as
minor as being a little longer than what the judges like or not having
enough pigment around the nose or eyes. It can be a male puppy with one
undescended testicle, which as long as it is neutered it is not a health
issue or concern, but it cannot be shown and of course should not be bred,
and other minor issues as such. We can never guarantee a Pet Puppy to be
free of minor imperfections. On the flip side the puppy could be near perfect
and just not like the leash or traveling and therefore not make a good
show dog. The majority of "Show Quality" pups are sold as "JUST PETS"
anyway and are never shown, so in actuality they are all "PETS", they just
aren't all "Show Quality". So... whether pet or show, all of our puppies
and those from AKC Reputable Breeders are raised and treated EQUALLY...and
THAT is the point!!!!
Size/Weights
of French Bulldogs:
For
those who email asking this question... We cannot ever guarantee 100% the
size of a puppy when full grown, we can only give an estimate. The males
are of course LARGER and usually range between 21-28lbs. The females usually
range between 18-23lbs. Our Adults are ALL within the "Standard Weights"
for the "AKC French Bulldog", which is 18-28lbs. Will we ever produce some
that are smaller or bigger than these weights? Sure, it happens, but for
the most part they all end up within the AKC standard, which is what they
are supposed to be. We do not breed for "Mini's" nor do we
try to purposely try to "reduce" the size of the breed. We only breed to
the AKC French Bulldog Standard. These are ***Bulldogs****, if I
wanted dogs to look like a "mini" or have small frames I would own
Chihuahuas or Boston Terriers. These are Bulldogs and we want them to look
like Bulldogs, which is a stocky, blocky, cobby, square headed "small bully
dog". Don't be fooled by websites claiming to breed "mini or toy
french bulldogs", there is NO SUCH THING, many of those sites I've seen
with these small "tiny" frenchies usually look malnourished or like runts,
which can have problems. Runts and being the smaller than the littermates
are 2 totally different things, people please do your research...
BE CAREFUL. PLEASE DO NOT let the "number" be your deciding
factor.... In my opinion French Bulldogs are SMALL dogs, they are just
"heavy boned", their weights can be very deceiving... You can have one
that weighs 24lbs, but look like an 18lb dog to someone who doesn't know.
When you see a 28lb Frenchie and a 22lb Frenchie side by side, the difference
is really not "all that much"... the bigger ones are just usually bulkier,
but they are certainly not big dogs (well only in personality lol).
These are heavy boned bulldogs, so don't make your decision on wanting
a dog that weighs a "certain amount" because you may be missing out on
a great dog if you limit yourself to a certain weight.
Our
French
Bulldog Colors:
For
those who email asking this question... We occasionally have Brindle
(Black Brindle, fawn Brindle, etc), Pieds (Honey Pied, Brindle Pied, Fawn
Brindle Pied), Creams, Fawns (red fawns), and Solid White sometimes. When
looking for a SPECIFIC COLOR AND SEX, be patient, you may be waiting a
long time if wanting to get one from a reputable breeder. BLUE, CHOCOLATE
and all those other colors people are trying to "cash in on" are not accepted
by the AKC Standard and it's NOT something we breed for. Anyone can own
these colors, it's as simple as purchasing breeding dogs of whatever color
I want, there is a reason breeders CHOOSE NOT to breed these colors, think
about it. Solid BLACK coats are also a disqualification. Any dog you see
on our site that looks Black and white is actually a BLACK BRINDLE PIED.
Those that appear BLACK, are actually BLACK BRINDLE. What happens is the
traces of brindle are so small and faint and hard to see in photos, but
those with a trained eye know what to look for, the rest of the world sees
a solid black dog :-)
French
Bulldog Health:
***
For Frenchie Health Issues***
For
those who email asking this question... All dogs are checked prior to breeding...
Eyes, Patellas (Knees), OFA Cardiac, etc.
French
Bulldogs are beautiful and a site to see....with their smooshed faces,
short stocky torsos and big bat ears they are a wonderful little package...
But these very things that make them so great can also produce conditions
which make French Bulldogs susceptible to different health conditions.
Even dogs that have been health screened and dogs that have earned show
titles can produce dogs with certain genetic defects. No breeder can guarantee
100% that something will NEVER happen to every puppy they produce
in the "future". A breeder who tells you this is feeding you a sales line
to take your money and you should go elsewhere. Any and all French Bulldogs
are prone to certain diseases ... Every breed has genetic weaknesses that
dispose them to certain diseases, and their temperaments (and yes looks)
are often why we choose one breed over another. It makes good sense to
know the breed you may be thinking of buying or rescuing, and to better
understand what you can do to prevent problems for your own dog if you
already have a certain breed. See our Health Issues page for more detailed
information.
Spaying
and Neutering French Bulldogs: Our
French Bulldogs puppies do NOT come fixed. We do not believe in spaying
or neutering young puppies. Do your research. While many believe it does
no harm to neuter an 8-10 week old puppy, we feel strongly against this.
First off they are too young for anesthesia, which is pretty risky in Brachycephalic
(flat faced) breeds to begin with, let alone a very young puppy. We see
no reason to put a young Frenchie puppy under general anesthesia to be
sexually altered, it makes no sense. We recommend they be fixed after 8-10
months old. Most Frenchie girls do not come into their 1st heat cycle until
after this age. There are always exceptions, but for the most part the
girls do not come into their 1st cycle under 10 months old and it's usually
over a year. This way the dogs are older, they can handle anesthesia better,
they have had a chance to mature and their bones grow, etc... New studies
have shown it is not wise to fix them so young, do your research.
Feeding
our French Bulldogs:
***
Chow Hall and Feeding Tips Page***
Please
do your babies a favor and do not feed kibble filled with Corn, Soy, Wheat,
By-Products and fillers. Only quality, Natural feeds are recommended. Please
see our Chow Page link above to see photos and information on what we feed
our adults and puppies.
French
Bulldogs Vaccine Schedule: ***
VACCINATION PAGE***
We
give pups their first Vaccine at 8-9 weeks old then every 3-4 weeks for
a total of 3 shots. Vaccination Schedules are up to each breeder to decide
what they want to do and we do not kill our dogs Immune Systems by over-vaccinating.
Vaccines have proven time and time again that they can do a lot of harm,
many dogs have died due to vaccine reactions. Please read the Vaccine Page
for more info on vaccines. Please read and educate yourself and go with
what you feel is right for your dogs. We do not infringe our methods on
anyone, simply state what we use and what works for our dogs and puppies.
French
Bulldogs De-Worming Schedule: ***
WORMING PAGE***
We
de-worm pups thoroughly until full series of inoculations are given.
No worries, all our puppies are Worm Free Guaranteed. Visit our Worming
page for lots of photos and information and to see what we use to deworm
our dogs. Until we can figure out a Natural Proven Alternative, this is
what we do to ensure our dogs/puppies are parasite free.
French
Bulldogs Flea/Tick
Prevention:
We
use Diatomaceous Earth, Borax, Natural Oils and Natural remedies for flea
and tick prevention and do not to put chemicals on our dogs. We no longer
use topspot treatments like Advantage or Frontline, etc..., these are poisons,
Please do your research!!!!
French
Bulldogs $$$ COST/PRICES $$$: ***
Why do French Bulldogs Cost So Much?????***
AKC
Registered, Champion Quality Frenchie Puppies from AKC Reputable
breeders are usually $2800-$3500, some may differ, but that is the AVERAGE PRICE for a Champion bred AKC Registered French Bulldog Puppy. Prices increase when given AKC full registration Show/Breeding Rights! Just an FYI ALL our puppies are AKC Champion Sired or off AKC Champion Sired Parents, which means the puppies have Champions "starting" in the 1st or 2nd Generation not starting in the 3rd, 4th or 5th generations... It DOES MATTER... Do your research. A BARGAIN is NOT what to look for when searching for a French Bulldog, it's like comparing a Cadillac to a Kia ....... Frenchies are hard to breed and have very small litters... If you do it the right way it takes A LOT of money, time, blood, sweat and tears (when you lose one) to raise a litter of Frenchies properly... Do your research on what has happened to those who have bought cheap French Bulldogs from whatever background. Look on our [IMPORT
INFO] page and [PURCHASE
TIPS] page to help you. Male or
Female, Show or Pet, Limited or Full Registration, Certain Circumstances,
Restrictions or clauses ALL play a factor on the price!!!!
All our pups are AKC REGISTERED, off Champion Sired, DNA Verified AKC Studs
and all make wonderful pets regardless of color or show potential. Details
will be discussed on each individual puppy when we have something available...
AKC Champion bred French Bulldogs are worth their cost when you get them
from a breeder who does things the right way of course... You should
expect the breeder to be there for you with help when needed. As the saying
goes... You get what you pay for!!! They say... "The ramifications
of poor quality lingers long after the thrill of a bargain is forgotten"........
A Well Bred Frenchie is NOT Expensive, it's PRICELESS!!! I don't feel I
need to say these things, but this is for those who question the cost of
the breed or want to get a well bred /non-imported USA AKC Frenchie for
$1500 and sorry, if that’s all you can or want to pay, a French bulldog
should not be the dog you choose. Everyone would love to drive a BMW or
some luxury vehicle, the fact is not everyone can afford to, same concept.
If
finances are an issue we completely understand, please visit the French
Bulldog Rescue websites and consider a rescue before you resort to buying
a cheap Frenchie online. The cost to a breeder for a Frenchie litter raised
THE RIGHT WAY is very expensive… Read our FRENCH BULLDOG COST page and
it will explain the process in more detail. It takes plenty of time, loss
of sleep, work, gas, money and love to raise a litter of French Bulldogs
properly until 9-12 weeks of age. They are not like other breeds who take
care of everything on their own. These are special dogs who require c-sections,
artificial inseminations, have super small litters, etc.
I have TONS of references and people that can vouch for me about the service
I give my new "PUPPY" owners. I am always there for you, night or day 24
HOURS A DAY.

ABOUT
US & OUR DOGS:
WE
BEGAN OUR QUEST FOR A SMALLER BREED AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THE FRENCH
BULLDOGS BACK IN 2001-2002. WE SPENT OVER 2 YEARS RESEARCHING THE FRENCH
BULLDOG BREED AND HAVE NOW OWNED FRENCHIES SINCE 2004.
WE HAVE PLENTY OF EXPERIENCE WITH DOGS, BUT TRUST ME NO ONE EVER KNOWS
IT ALL NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN INVOLVED, I BELIEVE SO ANYWAY...
RUN AWAY FROM BREEDERS WHO SAY OTHERWISE... SERIOUSLY. WE HAVE ALMOST
24 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH BULLIES AS PETS FIRST AND HAVE BEEN SHOWING/BREEDING
FOR OVER 15 YEARS. WE STARTED OUT WITH SOME VERY NICE ALL AKC CHAMPION
SIRED FRENCHIES. ALL OUR FRENCH BULLDOGS HAVE TREMENDOUS AKC
PEDIGREE BACKGROUND WAY BEYOND THE 3-4 GENERATIONS SUPPLIED BY THE AKC.
YOU CAN ALWAYS BE ASSURED THAT OUR FRENCH BULLDOGS AND FRENCH
BULLDOG PUPPIES ARE PUREBREDS, BORN AND RAISED IN THE USA FROM AKC
CHAMPION FRENCH BULLDOG BLOODLINES. ANY FRENCH BULLDOG PUPPY
WE HAVE EVER BRED OR WILL BREED WILL ALWAYS BE RAISED IN OUR HOME, NEVER
IMPORTED OR BOUGHT FROM A PUPPY MILL. AGAIN I SAY THIS HERE... I TAKE CARE
OF MY FRENCH BULLDOG PUPPIES FROM THE MINUTE THEY ARE BORN, NO ONE
ELSE TAKES CARE OF THEM, NO ONE HELPS ME, I DO IT ALL ON MY OWN AND RAISE
EACH ONE OF MY FRENCHIE PUPPIES. JUST LOOK AT OUR *PAST
PUPPIES* PAGES AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. OUR FRENCH BULLDOGS
ARE OUR FAMILY, WE TAKE THEIR HEALTH CARE VERY SERIOUSLY... THEY ARE SPOILED,
LOVED AND HAVE FUN BEING DOGS... RUNNING, PLAYING, TOYS GALORE, TREATS,
GREAT FOOD, ETC... . WE LIVE IN THE COUNTRY AND THEY HAVE TONS OF PROPERTY
TO EXPLORE AND HAVE A GREAT TIME. WE CALL IT 20 ACRES OF *FROG DOG WONDERLAND*.
We
will always be available to anyone who may acquire a French Bulldog
from
us. You can contact us at any time, any day if you have any
questions or concerns. We have TONS of REFERENCES that can be supplied
to anyone who is seriously interested in our french bulldog puppies.
We have nothing to hide and take pride in the relationships we have made
with our FRENCHIE FAMILIES. JUST LOOK AT OUR
*FRENCHIE
FAMILIES* PAGES AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. Just looking at all our
French
Bulldog pictures and our french bulldog puppy pictures
you can very well see that we do go to great lengths to make sure that
our Frenchies receive the best care possible and most importantly
LOTS OF LOVE and LOTS OF FUN. We do require each potential owner
of one of our future frenchie babies to do the same. When I have
a french bulldog puppy for sale I will only place them with people
who will provide a loving home & safe environment. If for any reason
someone is unable to keep a dog they acquire from us our babies will always
have a home here.
The
most important thing is that any french bulldog puppy we produce will be
placed with people who will love and care for them for the rest of their
lives & spoil them. Any frenchie puppy we sell must be a Pet and Companion
first & foremost... show, obedience and all that other good stuff is
secondary.
I believe
if you are selecting a French Bulldog Puppy because you want the
latest trend or you are looking to make someone a Christmas gift then please
STOP. Puppies shouldn't be given as a surprise gift. WHY? Well... because
the person getting the puppy should know and should be involved in picking
their new companion that may be with them for 10-15 years... Too many "Christmas/Birthday
Puppies" end up in rescues or dog pounds. Remember a Frenchie puppy
is a new life you will bring home and will need care and attention just
like a new baby. Provide training, create a routine for them. Establish
yourself and your family as "leaders of the pack", provide lots of chewing
toys and stuffed toys to play with. Keep their wrinkles around their face
clean (and frenchie butts may need a wipe too lol). Feed them High
Quality Food and Maintain a Proper Health Regimen. It takes patience and
understanding to raise a sound puppy.
French
Bulldogs for the most part have small litters and our available french
bulldog puppies are placed quickly. Please be patient and do not resort
to buying from a pet shop, importer, broker or puppy mill. French bulldogs
are not cheap. Spend your hard earned money on a quality Frenchie,
you get what you pay for. It is well worth the wait!!!
A Special
Thank you goes out to those who we felt were our frenchie mentors....
Thank you for sharing your advice and knowledge about this wonderful breed.
Doesn't matter how long you've been into dogs or how many litters you've
raised "previously"... Breeding French Bulldogs was a whole other
ball game which we learned that quickly... shortly after our first French
Bulldog Litter years ago. Guess we were spoiled by our Staffy momma's
who would take care of it all. Don't get me wrong... I have bottle fed,
tube fed, whelped and done many things for bitches and newborn pups for
15 years, but raising Frenchie Puppies (a Brachycephalic - Dwarf
breed who need c-sections) was a WHOLE NEW WORLD at the beginning. We strongly
suggest to those thinking of Breeding French Bulldogs just for the
fun of it to rethink it. Seriously... DO YOUR RESEARCH and find yourself
some good mentors who have been into the breed for many years... you'll
be thankful you did.
Thank
you for visiting some of the world's most adorable French Bulldogs (yes
I am biased lol)! We hope that you find our French Bulldog web site
fun, entertaining and educational. I have spent hours and hours working
on this site and if it brings a smile to your face, then it's done it's
job. For those non-Frenchie owners we hope you learned just a bit more
about the French Bulldog breed. We hope that you enjoyed our french
bulldog photos and the frog dogs that make our lives so much
fun. If you are considering the possibility of adding one of our
Frenchie
Puppies to your family, feel free to contact us. We'll gladly try to
help you figure out if the French Bulldog is a good choice for you
& your family, not every breed is meant for every one. A french
bulldog puppy is a huge commitment of 10-15 years, please understand
this when you set out to acquire a new french bulldog puppy. Please
do your research on the breed before you think of purchasing any puppy,
regardless of breed. Once you have been owned by Frenchie you could
never again be without one. We are available for the life of our puppies.
My concern is the welfare and happiness of my french bulldog babies
and I have made some great friends who we consider our "FRENCHIE FAMILIES".
Hope this helps explain who we are and some of the process of acquiring/owning
an All Star Frenchie Puppy.

Phone Number #: (--- --- ----) Our Phone Number was taken down last year
due to getting calls at different hours of the day & night INCLUDING
a few calls from solicitors, a magazine, 2 online sites that want us to
advertise, a pet food company offering deals to sell their food and the
last straw was a call from a puppy broker (YIKES)! For privacy reasons
and the protection of our dogs, which is FIRST AND FOREMOST, I had no choice
but to take it down... sorry, call me paranoid, but my dogs are that important
to me, not to mention my family's safety and nowadays it's not worth the
risk. I have plenty of references, just look on our Frenchies Families
