You will notice there are only 3 White Babies, unfortunately we lost the cream girl at 2wks old, which is a first for us at that age, but it happens, Vets blamed it on PUPPY FADING SYNDROME. The WHITE BABIES are 4 weeks old now, learning to eat and doing just great. Below are photos of their first eating adventure..... ENJOY.....

After mom cleans up and "human mom" helps also with a towel, back into the box they go with mom... she continues to clean them and keep them warm, their little bodies were shivering after that first meal...

Here is Chilly sniffing Joker... 
She is very curious as to what these little froggies are... Chilly is 6 months old... The babies are 8 days old here and their eyes are starting to open. While away from mom, I keep them on the couch with me at all times in their little warm and cozy puppy box. Mom gets some free time away from them a few hours a day where I gladly take over :)

You heat in Microwave for 5 minutes, it stays warm for up to 12 hours. 
Works great, nothing to plug in which equals = NO FIRE HAZARD and that is very important to me. The puppies are attracted to the heat obviously and move away from it when they are too hot.  Young puppies get chilly and can shiver after they eat, especially out in our open living room, so of course when I feed them I put them on this pad and they are attracted to it, like they are attracted to mom's body heat. I actually have them covered and hold the bottles for them, two at a time, but I had to let them go and uncovered them for the photos of course :) 

Our snuggle pad is pink and came with the paws cover. You can buy the SNUGGLE BUDDY which is a big stuffed animal where the pad goes inside a pocket you zipper up. We have one for them if mom can't be with them for some reason, but the small pad w/cover is great, can fit right in the puppy box when bringing them home after they are born. Here in the house the puppy box stays plenty warm without it, but I can fit it in there after they eat and if they need it. WE ONLY USE THIS PAD W/COVER ON YOUNG PUPPIES UNDER 4 WEEKS OLD. We don't trust them not to start chewing on it. For older pups or dogs I would definitely say to get the SNUGGLE BUDDY that goes with it [CLICK HERE]
