Do you have children in your household? If yes list HOW MANY and THEIR AGES:
Please be aware that our dogs are raised without children around, so we will NOT place any older dog in a home with young children, sorry.

How did you hear about ALL STAR? Please specify where you found our website or if you were recommended, please let us know by whom?
(Those recommened by our previous Frenchie Families have priority)

What age range are you looking for in an older dog?

What sex you are looking for?

What color are you looking for?

Is there an Available dogs on the AvailaBULL Page that interest you?

Are you willling to sign an Adoption Contract and know if you need to rehome any adult you adopt that they MUST come back to us FIRST?

Are you wiliing to be open minded and give the dog a chance to adapt to its new environment?
>>>When someone adopts an older dog they must understand that dogs change when they get into a new environment. We can only tell people how they were HERE WITH US.... IN OUR HOME, but we cannot guarantee what any dog will do in a new environment, with new owners. Older dogs need TIME to adapt to their new environment, this can be a few weeks to a few months to a year. Ever dog is different... This is why there is a big return rate in animal shelters. People visit with the dog one day, they see what they like and bring the dog home to later find out the dog has quirks or some behaviour they didn't know about so they take the dog back to the shelter a week later. HELLO PEOPLE... a week is not enough time to adapt. That dog you returned a week later might have turned out to be the best dog you ever owned if you would have given the dog time to adapt. If you are not willing to be open minded and give the dog time DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME OR YOURS... get a puppy and do not fill this out. With a puppy there are no guarantees either on how that puppy will mature, but at least you can start out with a baby and raise it yourself. Our dogs are raised in a wooded Country home, far from streets, stores and people so of course they are not used to the hustle and bustle of a busy City Life...  PLEASE keep this in mind when applying for one of our older dogs. While a few have gone to City homes and they have adapted quite nicely, it is imperative anyone interested in an older dog know that our dogs are used to a quiet Country Life without traffic and crowds :)

When are you looking to bring a dog into your home?

Have you ever owned a dog before?

Do you currently have a dog(s)? If yes, YOU MUST LIST exactly HOW MANY DOGS, list EACH SEX and EACH AGE and WHAT BREEDS:

Do you currently have any other type of Pet... cat? multiple cats? rabbit, birds, etc. .. If yes list WHAT PETS/SPECIES:
>>>Please be aware that our dogs are raised without cats or other small pets around, so we will NOT place any older dog in a home with cats or others pets that have free roam in your home, sorry. While we do have some retired dogs in homes with indoor cats and all has worked out perfectly, we honestly prefer a home with no other critters...better safe than sorry.

Name & phone number of your current or "past" Veterinarian so we can contact them as a reference:

Are they familiar with this breed?

What made you choose the French Bulldog?

Will the dog be primarily Inside or Outside?
>>>Please understand French Bulldogs are an inside breed and cannot tolerate heat well. Please be aware that Frenchies attract thieves and therefore your frenchie should be supervised outside at all times with gates kept locked. Fenced yards are a must, but even with that your Frenchie is not safe outside if you are not there, we hear the horror stories and read about stolen dogs all the time, please keep this in mind.

Do you have a swimming pool that is not fenced in?
>>>If yes, please understand French Bulldogs really cannot swim. If one falls in the pool 9 times out of 10 it will drown. Please do your research on this. If you are looking for a water dog, a French Bulldog is not for you. Please visit our site and look at a page we have there called FRENCH BULLDOGS AND WATER.

Will you do your research on proper Vaccine Protocol and avoid over-vaccination? Yearly vaccines are no longer necessary and it's imperative every owner educates themselves about this. We need for our dogs owners to be their advocate and know exactly what is going to be injected and understand they have a right to choose what their pet receives. Are you willing to educate yourself on this subject for the health and well being of your new furbaby???
If no, please explain:
>>> Yearly Vaccines are a thing of the past. Education is key when it comes to proper vaccination protocols..., lots of misinformation and myths out there. Look on our website, we have a vaccine page filled with information.

Will you be willing to do your research on Pet Foods and understand what is best for them and not feed them Supermarket foods like Purina Dog Chow, Pedigree, Olroy, Kibbles n Bits??? Other expensive foods that are way overrated containing fillers, corn and glutens like the popular Science Diet, Iams, Eukanuba, Royal Canin, Purina One/Pro Plan etc...??? Are you willing to do your research on so called "Healthy Foods" that are also popular (and once were good) like Merricks, Natura, Evo, Innova, Natural Balance, Taste of The Wild, Blue Buffalo,... etc…??? All foods people think are healthy, yet the companies have recalls, have changed formulas and many have sold out to giant manufacturers like Procter and Gamble, Del Monte and Purina????
>>>Please do your research on how many dog food recalls there have been and READ THE LABELS, what used to be a good dog food 15 years ago, is no longer. Education is key when it comes to proper Pet Nutrition, lots of misinformation and myths out there. THIS LAST SECTION MUST BE FILLED OUT:
Please provide additional information about yourself and/or your family/household. Why you feel you would be suitable owner(s) to one of our older dogs. Please tell us what you are looking for or expect from an older dog, etc... Just helps us understand a bit more about who is inquiring about our dogs or what they want/need or any specifics:
